Overtones Tribute
About this event
A tribute to The Overtones performs at the Don Pancho Hotel in Benidorm, recreating the British vocal harmony group's distinctive style. The original Overtones gained popularity in the early 2010s by combining doo-wop traditions with modern pop and soul influences from the fifties and sixties. Their trademark sharp suits and four-part harmonies produced hits including Gambling Man and covers of classics like Runaround Sue. This tribute delivers a cabaret show with choreography and vocal arrangements that echo the original group's energy. The programme spans feel-good songs and ballads representative of the vocal group era. The performance captures the showmanship and charisma audiences associate with the original quintet, appealing to those who enjoy harmony and swing music.
