About this event
The UB40 Tribute performs at The White Horse in Benidorm, recreating the pop-reggae sound of the Birmingham band that emerged in the late 1970s. UB40 achieved global success through their blend of political lyrics and accessible reggae rhythms, dominating charts in the 1980s and 1990s with tracks including Red Red Wine, Kingston Town, and Can't Help Falling in Love. This tribute act aims to capture the band's signature style, featuring smooth vocals and prominent horn arrangements that characterised their recordings. The performance delivers a straightforward recreation of UB40's live sound with attention to musical authenticity and stage presentation, offering a nostalgic evening for fans of the original group.
