One Man Two Tone
About this event
One Man Two Tone performs at the Silver Dollar in Benidorm, offering a tribute to the 2 Tone ska movement that emerged from Coventry in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The show celebrates the fusion of Jamaican ska and reggae with punk energy, featuring the fast rhythms, brass sections, and black-and-white aesthetic central to the genre. Expect songs from The Specials, Madness, and The Selecter, including Ghost Town, One Step Beyond, and On My Radio. The performer recreates the era authentically, dressed in mod-inspired clothing and delivering the vocal styles that defined these tracks. This is a high-energy night suitable for both long-time enthusiasts and anyone seeking an entertaining live show.
