About The Clep Bar

The Clep Bar is a pub on Clepington Road in Dundee, built after the Second World War. It is B listed for the quality of its design inside and out. It has been counted among the four best surviving post-war pubs in Scotland. The U-shaped public bar has panelled walls, the original bar counter and a tiled fireplace, and the small lounge has leaded windows. Listings are mostly sports screenings, quizzes and acoustic nights, usually on Fridays and Saturdays, with live music from bands such as The Cherry Bombz.
