About this event

Birdvox brings together Sarah Hayes, Inge Thomson, Jenny Sturgeon and Charlotte Printer for an evening of politically charged music. The quartet sings in Scots, Shetland dialect and old Norn, blending these linguistic traditions with inventive arrangements spanning political disco, unconventional folk and electronic composition centred on bird themes.
